Cancellation & Refund Policy for Digitality Chats

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription to Digitality Chats — the AI Chatbot as a Service offered by Digitality — and outlines when you may be eligible for a refund.

1. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@digitality.co.in or through your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged further.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the conditions listed below:

  • Trial Period: If you are within a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring charges.
  • Initial Subscription Refund: If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
  • After Initial Refund Window: Subscriptions canceled after the refund window are generally not eligible for a refund, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

3. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please allow up to 21 business days for a refund to appear in your account after approval.

4. Partial Refunds

If you are eligible for a partial refund (for example, canceling part-way through an annual plan), the refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription term at the time of cancellation. Partial refunds for monthly plans are not eligible.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Any setup fees, customization charges, or previously fully rendered services are non-refundable. Additionally, refunds are not provided for periods during which you already received the benefits of the subscription.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please:

  • Email info@digitality.co.in with your account details and reason for request.
  • Include your subscription plan and purchase date.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date, so please check back periodically.
