Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where Digitality fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or products.
- For services such as digital marketing, website design, development, and maintenance, refunds will not be considered.
- Refunds will not be provided for completed services or products that have been delivered as per the agreed terms.
- Digitality does not provide Fee refunds or credits for partially used or unused Platform or Services subscriptions. If you sign up for a subscription but do not access the Service or Platform, you are still responsible for all Fees during the term of your subscription.
Cancellation Process
- Customers can request cancellation of services by contacting us via email at info@digitality.co.in or by phone at +91-81118 31425.
- You are solely responsible for the cancellation of Services associated with your account or service, and you will be responsible for all Fees incurred until such cancellation occurs. No refunds will be provided for your failure to properly cancel the Services associated with your account
- The cancellation request must include relevant details such as the customer's name, contact information, and the service or product to be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 - 7 working days timeframe upon receipt of the request.
Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refunds will be credited to the customer's original payment method within a 10 - 15 working days after the cancellation is processed.
No-Refund Situations
- No refunds will be provided for services or products that have been partially or fully delivered as per the agreed terms.
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer breaches the terms of the service agreement or engages in fraudulent activities.
Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes regarding refunds, customers are encouraged to contact Digitality's customer support team to resolve the issue amicably.
- If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual agreement, customers may escalate the matter to relevant consumer protection authorities or seek legal recourse as per applicable laws.
Compliance with Laws
- This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Digitality is committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to refunds and consumer protection.
